Carolina, As one of the co-founders of The Lash & Wax Boutique, she has dedicated over 26 years to the beauty industry. Leading the way in eyelash extensions in Washington, Carolina has also perfected permanent make-up and micro blading. When she isn’t working to ensure her clients are feeling confident and fabulous, she is spending time with her loving husband and two beautiful daughters. She is truly a lash boss!
OJ
As one of the founders of The Lash & Wax Boutique, OJ has committed himself to offering a high-quality experience for each client that steps through their doors. Beginning in a little house in the Greenwood area in 2006, him and his wife Carolina have set the standard for how eyelash extensions should be applied. Now with 3 locations and more on the way, they still love making clients feel better about themselves! Their goal is to make clients feel something when they walk through the doors of The Lash & Wax Boutique. Cleanliness, comfort, a commitment to service, and a nap if needed.
MAYA
My name is Maya, I am a first-generation American citizen on my dad’s side and he has always inspired me to go after what I want and pursue my dreams. So I attended beauty college and I love everything about beauty and making others feel their best selves. I enjoy coffee and spending time with my puppy and family outside of work.
NATALIE
As a transplant from Southern California, Natalie‘s goal as an Esthetician is to heal others and help them feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. She believes that Esthetics does not discriminate, and that everyone deserves to look and feel their best.
RI
Ri’s journey began as a young child playing with makeup, a love that led her seamlessly to beauty school. Infatuated with the artistry of various services, Ri finds joy in enhancing the beauty and confidence of women through her work. She enjoys cooking and loves being in the sun!
LAUREN
Lauren grew up with multiple skin conditions herself and her journey has inspired her to a career in skincare! In 2016, she graduated from Gary Manuel Aveda Institute in Seattle Washington. She has been mastering her skills in eyelash extensions, microblading, and permanent eyeliner with the Lash & Wax Boutique for the last 5 years. Her hobbies are kayaking, taking indoor cycle classes, & shopping!
ALEXIS
Alexis is a Master Esthetician that believes in uplifting other women and helping them feel beautiful on the inside as well as the out. She believes that gorgeous lashes and glowing skin will always be in style. For life outside of the boutique, she is happily married with four beautiful daughters and four big furry dogs! She loves lashes, hiking, Seattle Seahawks, 90s music, and taking the doors off of her jeep!
SHANI
Shani graduated from Evergreen Beauty College in Renton and earned her license in 2019. With a love for all things Esthetics, her goal is to help each of her clients feel and look their best on the inside and out. Outside the boutique, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching Netflix, and listening to music.
JACQUELYN
With parents in the beauty industry, Jacquelyn has been inspired to not only become a hairstylist but also a lash artist and take part in building the family business. Every time a client leaves her chair or table she feels happy knowing that they will go out into the world feeling beautiful and confident. She specializes in blonding, color, curly hair, hair extensions, and of course eyelash extensions.

Hi, I’m Kia! Originally from California, I made Seattle, Washington my home in 2017, and I’ve loved every moment since. My passion for pampering others blossomed when I was younger, and I find immense joy in helping individuals in their self-care journeys and helping them feel their absolute best. I look forward to making you feel your absolute best! Beyond work, I enjoy exploring new culinary delights, attending EDM shows, and spending quality time with my beloved cat.
SOPHIA
My name is Sophia. I grew up in San Diego, California and recently moved to Washington in 2021. I have always had a passion for the beauty industry, finding joy in enhancing people’s confidence.
I have many hobbies which include reading, listening to music, playing video games, and walking my 4 dogs. Can’t wait to see you in the salon!
ZYNIA
Hello! My name is Zynia, I am a Licensed Esthetician. I decided to become an esthetician as I am very passionate about skincare and self love. It is my passion to help people feel their best selves as well as feel empowered by their natural beauty and boost their confidence. I am great at making my clients feel comfortable, calm, and pampered. Outside the boutique, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and our dog.

Hi, my name is Ruthy. As someone who struggled with severe acne for 10+ years, I’ve made it my mission to get into the field of helping others heal their skin, which led me to the beauty industry! I’m passionate about helping others find their confidence and feel their best selves. I enjoy skincare, art, and relaxing in nature.
